At PetNutriBlend, we aim to provide customers with a clear and dependable shopping experience when purchasing sofas and home furniture. This policy explains our return eligibility requirements, cancellation procedures, and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, furniture should be unused, in its original condition, and include all original components, accessories, and packaging where reasonably available.

Because sofas and other furniture products can be large and require special transportation, customers must contact our customer service team before arranging a return.

Furniture that has been modified, improperly assembled, used beyond reasonable inspection, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, except where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, include clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Our team will review the information and provide instructions regarding return authorization, packaging, and transportation.

Please do not ship furniture back before receiving return instructions, as large items may require special handling arrangements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Furniture

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your sofa or other furniture arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs that clearly show the affected areas and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available resolutions may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair where appropriate, or a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return transportation costs where permitted by law and disclosed before the return proceeds.

If a return is necessary because of our error or a verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, we will review the circumstances and explain the applicable return arrangements.

Since sofas and other bulky furniture may require specialized transportation, return costs can vary according to the item's dimensions, weight, and collection location.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate your request before the order enters processing or shipment.

Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or handed to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, our standard return policy may apply.

Any applicable cancellation costs will be communicated where relevant and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved returns may be inspected after the returned product is received.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund processing for the funds to appear, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Original shipping charges, return transportation costs, and other applicable fees will be handled according to the circumstances of the return, the terms disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
